Working with Local MRI Facilities & HIPAA Compliance
In order to provide our MRI screening services, My Simple Scan works in conjunction with local MRI facilities through Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). These agreements ensure that both My Simple Scan and our partner facilities comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable privacy laws. Your health information is handled with the utmost care to maintain confidentiality and to meet legal obligations regarding health information privacy.
